Strategic ActivesEdit

Ability: Build a Fortress Cost: 100 Gold Text
Type: Active Subtype: Strategic Duration: 1 Turns Text
Build a Fortress Constructs a Wooden Fortress at the designated location.
Ability: Build a Road Cost: 5 Gold Text
Type: Active Subtype: Strategic
Tree Crusher Constructs a road when moving
  • Construction cost is doubled when building a road on Dense Vegetation
  • Dense Vegetation is also changed to Barrens
  • Will construct bridges under the following conditions:
    • Unit has enough Movement Text Movement to Embarked Embark
    • Water is no more than 1 hex wide
    • Neither side has Mountains or Cavern Walls
    • Basic Seafaring Basic Seafaring is researched
Ability: Build a Watchtower Cost: 40 Gold Text
Type: Active Subtype: Strategic Duration: 1 Turns Text
Build a Watchtower Constructs a Watchtower at the designated location.
Ability: Found City Duration: 1 Turns Text
Type: Active Subtype: Strategic
Found City Constructs a City at the designated location.
  • If the location contains a City Ruin, that city is rebuild instead, though of the same race as the settler.
  • Rebuilding a city is an act of Good (150 Good Text), and restores 50% of it's original Population Text Population and and salvageable buildings that the city might have had.
  • Either option consumes the Settler unit.
Ability: Last Rite of Winter Strength: 3 Hex Radius
Type: Strategic Subtype: Terraforming
Last Rite of Winter Turns all terrain withing 3 hexes to Arctic. This unit will die.

Type: Passive Subtype: Other
Path of Decay Transforms the Terrain into Blighted wasteland when the unit moves over it.
  • Does not work underground
Ability: Path of Frost Strength: N/A
Type: Passive Subtype: Other
Path of Frost The unit transforms the Terrain into Arctic when moving over it.
  • Does not work underground
Ability: Path of Life Strength: N/A Range: N/A
Type: Passive Subtype: Other
Path of Life The unit transforms the Terrain into Temperate Dense Vegetation when moving over it.
  • Does not work underground
Ability: Tree Crusher Strength: N/A
Type: Passive Subtype: Other
Tree Crusher The unit changes Dense Vegetation to Barrens as it moves over it.

If the unit has no Forestry Forestry, it still requires 6 Movement Text to move to a Dense Vegetation hex.

  • This will generate small amounts of Gold Text Gold
Ability: True Sight Range: Vision Range
Type: Passive Subtype: Other
True Sight This unit is able to see units that are Concealed or have Invisibility Invisibility
Ability: Tunneling Cost: 6 Movement Text Range: N/A
Type: Passive Subtype: Other
Tunneling Unit can dig through Dirt Cavern Walls, turning them to Barrens.
  • This generates 3-5 Gold Text per hex.
